Allion Legal establishes a Sydney office on 1 July 2013 with two new Principals, David Walker and Jon Cane previously with Holding Redlich appointed to its Sydney office.
Allion Legal was formed on 1 July 2009 as the result of the merger between the established Western Australian law firms of Michael Whyte & Co and Pullinger Readhead Lucas. The merger enabled Allion Legal to offer expert services across a variety of industry sectors.
The promise of both companies to their clients was to provide commercially focused advice based on a thorough understanding of their clients' businesses, industries, objectives and philosophies.
