As an experienced lawyer you can expect to be part of a well managed practice group that meets regularly to review workflows, administration processes, clients and professional development needs with the overall aim of ensuring everyone is informed and knows what is expected of them. You can also expect to have close contact with clients and as you progress in your career, greater responsibility for handling matters independently but always with the opportunity to seek advice and assistance from our principals and senior practitioners. You will also be involved from a relatively early stage with marketing activities to enable you to develop your client relationships skills.

We will meet with you every 6 months to set and review goals for your career development against our competencies framework. This, coupled with our open door policy, ensures that career paths are clear and kept on track.
In addition to our comprehensive internal CPD seminar programme, you will further develop your legal and non legal skills by attending internal and external workshops, conferences and industry events that are relevant to your practice area and general career development. We provide full or partial financial support for approved post graduate studies including Masters, MBAs and industry specific qualifications.
