Allion Legal acts for Avocet Resources on its merger with Lion One Metals. Principal, Simon Rear and Associate, Lucas Vosch are advising Avocet Resources Limited on its merger with Canadian Lion One Metals to effect the merger of Avocet’s assets into Lion One Metals. The acquisition has a transaction value of approximately $8 million and will be implemented as a Scheme of Arrangement under the Corporations Act.
