Allion Legal acts for Investmet on its recapitalisation of Redbank Copper – Simon Rear has advised Investmet on the $10 million recapitalisation of Redbank Copper. The transaction was initially a component of a complicated inter-conditional recapitalisation of Stirling Resources and Swan Gold but the inter-conditionality was recently waived to allow for the individual recapitalisation of Redbank Copper. Allion advised Investmet on the restructure documents, interim secured lending which converted into Redbank shares, the underwriting by Investmet of a $10m placement and assisted Redbank Copper with its recapitalisation prospectus, ASX process and re-quotation process
