Allion Legal acts for Breakaway Resources Limited on takeover bid by Minotaur Exploration Limited. Principal Philip Lucas and Associate Lucas Vosch are acting for Breakaway on the agreed off-market takeover bid by Minotaur for Breakaway, announced to the ASX on 15 July 2013. Under the takeover bid Breakaway shareholders are to receive1 Minotaur share for every 10 Breakaway shares held, with Breakaway’s board unanimously recommending acceptance of the offer in the absence of a superior proposal. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, the combined entity is expected to have a market capitalisation of approximately $19 million.
