Allion Legal acts for Altura Mining Limited in relation to development of Mt Webber project. Principal Stuart Mengler and Solicitor Jenna Mazza acted for Altura in relation to the recently announced decision to proceed to mine the Mt Webber iron ore project with joint venture managing partner, Atlas Iron Limited. Allion assisted Altura with the joint venture documentation, additional commercial agreements to allow mining, transporting and the sale of Altura’s share of product via Atlas Iron infrastructure and a financing package from Atlas Iron Limited to cover Altura’s capital expenditure commitments in relation to the project.
