Allion Legal acts for Clough on its sale of Clough Thailand. Principal Phil Lucas and Special Counsel Fiona Ellett advised Clough Operations Pty Ltd on its share sale of Clough (Thailand) Co., Limited to STP&I Public Company Limited. Clough Thailand operates a steel fabrication and module assembly business in Thailand.
