Allion Legal acts for Bathurst Resources (New Zealand) Limited on a $NZ18.9 million placement to sophisticated and professional investors. Principal Phil Lucas and Senior Associate Michael Jools acted for Bathurst on the Australian law aspects of the placement. The purpose of the placement was to provide further working capital and funds to develop the Bathurst’s Escarpment Project. Bathurst recently redomiciled from Australia to New Zealand and is listed on both the NZX and ASX.
