Allion Legal acts for S2M2 Coal on its agreement with Canada’s Columbus Copper Corporation to earn an interest in the Kavaklitepe Gold Project in Turkey. Principal Philip Lucas and Senior Associate Jo Steer advised S2M2 on the agreement which will allow S2M2 to earn an initial 51% of the property within the first three years and an option to increase this to 70% within a four year period. This project meets S2M2 Coal’s strategic direction which is to pursue high quality mineral exploration and development opportunities in low risk jurisdictions.
