Allion Legal acts for Millennium Minerals Limited on its A$6 million capital raising. Principal Simon Rear and Solicitor Ben Stewart are acting for Millennium Minerals Limited on its recently announced $6 million capital raising via a non-renounceable rights issue. The capital raising is fully underwritten by Singapore based IMC Resources Gold Holdings Pte Ltd, an existing major shareholder of Millennium. Principal Simon Rear said Allion Legal was extremely pleased to again work closely with the emerging gold producer on the capital raising.
