Allion Legal acts for PMHL on a $52.3M investment in the Mt Forest Iron Project. Principal Simon Rear and Senior Associate Michael Jools are acting for Hong Kong based PMHL in relation to a proposed joint venture with Mindax in relation to its Mt Forrest Iron Project. The joint venture will be effected by way of a 51% equity investment in Mindax’s subsidiary Yilgiron Pty Limited which holds the Mt Forrest Iron Project tenements. As part of the transaction PMHL will also participate in a $2.5 million placement of Mindax shares.
