Allion Legal acts for Manas Resources Limited on its $5.5 million capital raising. Principal Simon Rear and Solicitor Ben Stewart are acting for Manas Resources Limited on its recently announced $5.5 million capital raising via a non-renounceable rights issue. Patersons Securities Limited and Halcyon Corporate Pty Ltd and joint lead managers to the capital raising. Patersons is also partially underwriting the rights issue. Principal Simon Rear said Allion Legal was pleased to advise Manas on this important capital raising which is being undertaken to progress the development of Manas’ flagship Shambesai Gold Project.
