Allion Legal acts for Argentina Mining Limited on its proposed merger with Simba Minerals Ltd. Principal Simon Rear and Solicitor Brenda Valdez are acting for gold and copper explorer Argentina Mining Limited in relation to its proposed merger with Simba Minerals Ltd a gold explorer in Tanzania. The merger will also include an initial capital raising to fund further exploration.
