Amendments to Privacy Act.
Last week, the Coalition Government introduced the Fair Work Act Amendment Bill 2014 (Bill) into Parliament. The Bill sets out the Government's 'first round' of proposed changes to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (Fair Work Act).
