Allion Legal acts for Swan Gold Mining on its $25m IPO and shares requote.
Principals Philip Lucas and Stuart Mengler and Senior Associate Ailyn Choo are acting for Swan Gold Mining (to be renamed Eastern Goldfields) on its public offer to raise up to $25 million and the re-quotation of shares on the ASX. Allion Legal's role includes advising on all aspects of the transaction comprising the offer, regulatory advice and all corporate matters relating to the re-quotation of Swan's securities to the ASX following an extended period of suspension.
