Allion Legal acts for Galaxy Resources on its $30m loan facility.
Corporate Principal Philip Lucas, Finance Principal Richard Winter and Senior Associate Ailyn Choo acted for Galaxy Resources on its US$30 million loan facility arrangement with Tianqi Group, relating to the sale of Galaxy's Jiangsu Lithium Carbonate Plant to Tianqi Group.
