Allion Legal acts for Gascoyne Resources on the sale of its key WA gold projects.
Principal Philip Lucas and Senior Associate Ailyn Choo are acting for Gascoyne Resources on its C$25m sale of 50% of Gascoyne's key Western Australian gold projects (Glenburgh, Dalgaranga and Egerton) to Canadian listed gold miner Monument Mining. Allion Legal is advising on all Australian aspects of the transaction comprising the sale, the joint venture arrangements, the share placements and regulatory advice.
