Allion acts for Talisman Mining on Sinclair Nickel Project acquisition
Principal Stuart Mengler and Senior Associate Rebecca Cifelli are acting for Talisman Mining Limited on its announced acquisition of Glencore's Sinclair Nickel Project in WA. The transaction is being affected via an asset sale and includes up-front cash payment and a contingent payment linked to re-commencement of production.
