Allion acts for Beadell Resources on a Mining Services Contract with MACA
Principal Craig Readhead and Senior Associate Rebecca Cifelli are acting for Beadell Resources on a contract with MACA under which MACA will provide mining services to Beadell's Tucano Gold Project in Brazil. The proposed agreement covers a five year term and includes the purchase of Beadell's existing mobile mining fleet and equipment for $40m.
