Allion acts for Coventry Resources on Aldevco acquisition
Principal Philip Lucas and Senior Associate Ailyn Choo are acting for TSX and ASX listed Coventry Resources Limited on the acquisition of Australian company Aldevco Pty Ltd. Upon completion, Coventry Resources will have rights to acquire 80% of the highly prospective Caribou Dome Copper Project in Alaska, USA.
