Allion acts for Veda Group on the acquisition of The Prospect Shop
Principal Jon Cane and Associate Isabella Bosworth acted for Veda Group on its acquisition of direct marketing and data agency The Prospect Shop. This investment is part of Veda's growth strategy for its marketing services division, Inivio.
