Allion acts for Western Uranium Corporation on bid for Black Range Minerals Limited
Principal Philip Lucas and Senior Associate Ailyn Choo have been appointed to act for Canadian based Western Uranium Corporation on its bid to acquire all of the issued shares in ASX listed Black Range Minerals Limited by way of scheme of arrangement under the Corporations Act.
