Allion acts for Galaxy Resources on sale of Jiangsu Lithium Carbonate Plant
Principals Stuart Mengler and Philip Lucas with Senior Associate Ailyn Tydde advised Galaxy Resources on the sale of 100% of its Jiangsu Lithium Carbonate Plant in China to Sichuan Tianqi Lithium Industries Inc for US$122m, representing an enterprise value of US$230m.
