Allion acts for Torres Industries on sale of its Torres Straits pilotage business
Principal David Walker and Associate Lana Tian acted for Torres Industries on the $10.5m management buyout of its pilotage business by Navigation Holdings. The business provides pilot bats to guide commercial cargo vessels through the barrier reef and the Torres Strait.
