Principal Stuart Mengler and Special Counsel Hayley Lawrance acted for Minjar Gold on the purchase of the Kirkalocka Gold Project from Mt Magnet South, which has now completed. Comprising a number of mining and exploration tenements, a gold plant and associated assets, the Kirkalocka Project will be integrated into the regional operations of Minjar Gold centred at its key project and mill, the Minjar Gold Project, located approximately 400km northeast of Perth.
