The bid is to gain control of Explaurum’s neighbouring Tampia gold project near Narembeen in the WA wheatbelt. The deal valued Brisbane-based Explaurum at $59M and would boost Ramelius’ gold reserves by 82 per cent to more than 1 million ounces. Phil Lucas is leading the Allion team on this acquisition.
